Bonham, Texas, Aug. 05, 2006 — Compact tractor company, Lenar North America, LLC, today announced the opening of the Lenar North Central distributorship based in Lancaster, New York.

“ We are excited to expand operations into the North Central States with the opening of the Lenar North Central distributorship,” said Lenar North America President and COO, Gary Krigbaum. “The North Central States are an important market for affordable compact tractors and we now have a great new team to head distribution in that area.”

Lenar North Central will supply the State of New York west and south of Rochester, the State of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Western Pennsylvania and most of the counties of West Virginia. The new company will be headed by Greg Kilgas and Bill Egger and will maintain focus on customer service and quality.

Bonham, Texas, Feb. 20, 2006 — Compact tractor company, Lenar North America, LLC, today announced the opening of Lenar Quebec, LNA’s first Canadian distributorship.

“ Opening the Quebec Distributorship is a major milestone for our distribution network,” said Lenar North America President and COO, Gary Krigbaum. “The Canadian’s are careful consumers, the product has to be dependable and they expect solid value for their dollar. Lenar products are a perfect fit with the Canadian market.”

Lenar Quebec will supply the Province of Quebec, Canada. Tractors and implements will ship into the Port of Montreal for distribution to Lenar Quebec’s dealers throughout the Province.

The Canadian distributorship agreement coincides with LENAR™ announcement of plans to expand the product line with two new models in the 30 hp and 40 hp range.

Bonham, Texas, Feb. 20, 2006 — Compact tractor company, Lenar North America, LLC, today announced a distribution agreement with United Kingdom company Shire Tractors Ltd.

Shire will sell LENAR™ tractors under the Shire Brand with “Lenar engineering and technology” through a network of 18 dealers in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. “The Shire agreement means expanded opportunity for LNA,” explained Gary Krigbaum, President and COO of Lenar North America. “Shire Tractors is a leading supplier of compact tractors and implements in the United Kingdom as well as Europe and Africa. The partnership with Shire allows us to offer the Quality, Performance and Value of LENAR products to the European customer.”

Under the OEM agreement, Shire tractors will carry the Shire Logo and will have a deep forest green color instead of LENAR’s familiar blue. The first shipment of 31 tractors is expected to arrive in dealer showrooms by late March.

Shire Tractors Managing Director, Les Waterfall said, “We chose LENAR to replace our previous line of compact tractors because of the quality of the product and the professionalism of the organization. We believe these products will be very well received by our customers in the United Kingdom and across the continent.” The new Shire models were unveiled at the London International Horse Show in December 2005 and received much attention from dealers and consumers.

“ These new models will be welcome additions to the product line,” said Lenar North America Chairman and CEO, Rocky Phillips. “Customers want the right size equipment for their needs. If a tractor is too big it will cost more to operate. If it’s too small, then it takes too long to do the job. These new models will allow customers more choices in matching the right equipment to the job. Lenar now offers the LE204 (20hp), LE254 (25hp), LE304A (30hp), LE354 (35hp) and LE404 (40hp) tractors, as well as a full range of implements*”

The new models are part of LNA’s strategy to offer customers attractive products that provide quality, performance and value. All the Lenar models now have the dame distinctive LENAR look across the product line.

“ Looks are important,” said Phillips. “One of the biggest selling points, after performance and reliability is the way these tractors look. We’re very proud of that. Bringing all our product line up to the Lenar standard of style was an important step that’s going to increase sales in 2006.
